OBJECT N.33, 2024, elm, steel, H190 x W115 x D25 cm

When creating the sculpture OBJECT N.33 I focused on the relationship between its elements. I am interested in the moment when something emerges and something is hidden. One overlaps the other, flat becomes convex. Something is covered and something is reflected in the mirror.

Here
the element on the right is cut from the bottom on the left, creating a space that is hidden,
so no one can see it.
The element on the right is moved very close to the element on the left.
A fragment of the element on the right
enters the space of the element on the left
and covers a part of it.
The mirror surface of the element on the right
reflects a fragment of the element on the left
when one looks from an angle.
